Late Cancellation & No Show

This business enforces a cancellation policy on ALL services and reserves the right to retain the prepaid 50% deposit as per our policy which is available to consumers to read and agree to upon booking.

Our consultation fees are fixed but are either waived on your arrival or the cost of your consult is deducted from your treatment should you choose to go ahead. However, if you cancel at short notice or do not arrive you will lose your deposit.

No shows and late cancellations are incredibly harmful to small business’s and this policy is in place to protect our practitioners time, costs incurred & loss of earnings.

Please note that you may be considered a no-show if you are late for your scheduled appointment and therefore this business reserves the right to retain the late cancellation/no-show fee.

We reserve the right to decline further appointments with us, if you no show or late cancel more than 3 appointments within a 6 month period or fail to respect our clinic policies.

We also enforce a zero policy to any form of negative behaviours or rudeness to staff regarding the above outlined policy.
