Month 1: Delivered by La Ross
Session 1 - Induction, ANS software training, mental health in aesthetics workshop.
Session 2 – Marketing workshop
Session 3 – Brand establishment
Session 4 – Social media consolidation

Month 2: Delivered by The Derma Clinic
Session 1 – Shadow day at The Derma Clinic Kent
Session 2 – Consultation task – student to reflect on consultation observation,  consider body language,  language, room set up/privacy, questions asked, development of consultation- discussion regarding medical model)  750 word assignment to be completed following this.
Session 3 –  Complications Management
Session 4 –   Students choice either HydraFacial session or Morpheus 8

Month 3: Delivered by The Derma Clinic
Session 1 – Induction day – Understanding Skin and facial concepts, skin analysis, techniques, introduction to Visage, skin care discussion and demo.
Session 2 – Introduction to Microneedling (theory and demo)
Session 3 – Model day for Micro needling – supervised. Sign off day with student’s model in the afternoon
Session 4 – Reflection task – assessment on a choice of topics: skin, skincare, microneedling.

Month 4: Delivered by La Ross & The Derma Clinic
Session 1 – Introduction to Bio Stimulation / Mesotherapy/ basic principles restorative medicine. Includes live demo and student must complete a reflective task.
Session 2 – Live model day for mesotherapy/bio-remodelling.
Session 3 – Individual assessment / sign off day with independent reflection task.
Session 4 – Topic of choice lead by student

Month 5: Delivered by La Ross & The Derma Clinic
Session 1 – Introduction to Dermal Fillers – Rheology & the Teoxane range.  Dermal Filler theory with home learning work set (zoom)
Session 2 – Live demo models – practical day (La Ross)
Session 3 – One on one model day – assessment and sign off with reflection task set – with The Derma Clinic
Session 4 – Case study analysis – Introduction to Botox Complications  (independent task- case studies to be provided)

Month 6: Delivered by La Ross & The Derma Clinic
Session 1 - Botox theory & live demo PLUS MODELS – at La Ross
Session 2 – Pharmacy set up, prescriber discussion – with The Derma Clinic
Session 3 – Assessment day with student’s own models – The Derma Clinic
Session 4 – Pharmacy assignment

You will be expected to attend clinic once weekly throughout the 6-month period, and there will be an element of self-directed study for you to undertake, within this time. Models for the below hands-on session will be supplied by either the participant or the clinic. You will receive educational material and will be signed off on completion of each task/hands on treatment once you are deemed competent and safe and have a thorough understanding of all theory and practical elements.

The above is an outline of our mentorship programme and is subject to successful application and interview process.

Cost for Mentorship:

• £3500 initial payment payable to La Ross Aesthetics

• 6 x monthly payments of £500 via Direct Debit to The Derma Clinic Kent
